Heard snippet of Fletchers pre match interview on the wonderful radio Devon this morning. The usual Fletch speak was all there "Barnet on a good run" "will be a difficult game" etc, etc. Now I know I could be criticising out of context, and he may have said something positive at some point, but I would have dearly loved to have heard something like "we have got some good points against top teams recently" "we are going out to win tonight" "lets get the win,we will go for it" etc, etc.Though to be fair to the players they have showed a never say die attitude for several games recently,so perhaps they are desensitised to his dronings. cheers COME ON U GREENS.

He really isn't much of a communicator. I have visions of him just slapping each player hard across the face in the dressing room as motivation Razz I can't see him as much of a master tactician, but I suppose you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover ya know.

No I agree, some of the younger players speak highly of him, would like to see him show a bit more passion on the touch line though.
