Anyone going tonight, usually a good turn out from the Green army. Lots of recruits for both sides in the close season, really has to be a promotion season for the Gulls.

Neil is next up at Plainmoor on Friday, shame he's not coming back to the theatre of schemes for a pre season game.

Old Colin will only bring his teams in for half the gate money, can't see Brent agreeing to that so it's the round robin of all the small clubs to pay for his holiday.

unfortunately not GG we used to do it regular every season for yrs used to make a Right day of it our little posse but ain’t done for the last 2 seasons now

Good turn out of Green army Bristows bench pretty full, hardly any Gulls fans in the Popside.

Any of these new signings look any good/impressed GG

Scott Wooton looked decent, big strong guy and Freddie Ladapo who got into good positions however he missed a couple of chances in front of goal.
Otherwise Carey and Lameris  looked on form, Sawyer gave the ball away a few times and was slow as we all know. I think overall both teams played well, pleased for the Gulls if they continue like that - they should go up, their goalie Bass played a blinder.
Disappointed not to see Burgoyne or Tafari Moore play last night.

Yes he did look in a lot of discomfort when he went off.

Seen a lot of Argyle fans having a pre match meal at Plainmoor last night, very nice it was. I hope the new entertainment manager who has come over from PCC take notice that Torquay only charge you for the meal if you are a ST holder or brought the seat ticket separately . where the way Argyle does it, you would have paid twice for a seat.

Canavan received treatment from physio Paul Atkinson on the pitch but was unable to return to the action.

Argyle will now assess his injury before the away pre-season match at Yeovil Town on Saturday.

Adams told Plymouth Live: “As he turned he hurt his calf, but hopefully he will be fine. He walked around the pitch so that was a good sign.”

probably a pull or strain. If he tore it he wouldnt have been walking that much. Hope its not a long term setback god knows we dont want any of them.

hopefully we can put it down to lack of match fitness we hope,
