Im sure pig will be along soon to say this is fake news, the people are lying and not fans and the club did a fantastic job.

Can't believe only 220 took part. There were thousands of p1ssed off fans, I spoke to alot of them in the queue on Boxing Day. All said they were going to complain. When given the chance they couldn't be bothered...I Doubt much will change.

For the record the analysis appears to have been compiled by an engineering student.

I just hope the club don't use the fact that only a couple of hundred complained, a good enough reason to do bugger all. Off the field were a shambles, they need to know.

"Fair play to JB and the club for inviting feedback in the first place. The survey has identified 3 priority areas and now it's over to the club to try to implement them the best they can. I trust them to do so.

This effort by the club, to engage with fans, should be applauded. I'm proud of the club I support. It's not perfect, but it's my club.

Not at all. Some less enlightened on FB were making out the club had commissioed a report and full blown root cause analysis would follow.
