The 26-year-old was snapped by a camera on busy Alma Road in a plush Mercedes C220 doing more than the 30mph speed limit.

Ijaha’s case was heard at the Bodmin court on January 13. Magistrates handed him six points and ordered him to pay a £440 fine.

Ijaha was also hit with a victim surcharge of £44 and told to pay costs of £85, bringing the total to £569. The speed at which Ijaha was going when he was caught by the camera was not revealed in court.9

It is also the message it sends the players we kept. If you were Carey then even if we get promoted you're going to be thinking that league one will be one hard slog, funded on the cheap, in the hope we get by. Why would you want to sign up for that?

For Carey read Adams as well.

A statement of intent, rather than blind ambition, would boost the players already here and make it more likely players will be attracted here in the summer.

Rooney going out on loan was a good move as he needs to play to aid his development and im sure he will score a few at hartlepool. I pray Del Bhey signs him up quick in the summer before others realise he is out of contract.
