Christ that was loud @ 2035 tonight. Bright flashes too. I thought it had finished but just started again.

Yeah, It was bloody loud. I thought it was an explosion the first time I heard it.

Plymouth had the most rain for the entire UK yesterday, so said the Radio Four weather report last night.

Mind you, it has been rather warm just of late. Last year we had the El Nino, so you could except the warmth, this year there is no El Nino and it is unusual to have the heat again this time around ?. Although the weather forecasters are saying 2016 is going to be the hottest year ever.

I did read somewhere that we could be in for a cold winter, may be on par with 2010.
