Should be fine, I did the kitchen table top about ten years ago, old one was too small, biscuit joints and good quality glue and you can hardly see the joins, none of the boards have split that white wood is pretty stable. We put hot pans straight out of the oven on it, never marks. Treated with tung oil.

Amazing, some little fella, picks em from his garden, transports them to feck knows where, beating off rhinos and hippos, loads em on a plane, flies em to Luton, transports them to Their Bridgewater depot, transfers them to a smaller lorry and then to plymouth, and we can't sell British runner beans cheaper!
Our country is fecked!!

Ideal Suffs.

There's a Toolstation and Screwfix on Valley Rd in Plympton. I'm on the mailing list for Screwfix and they always send me out a catalogue. I enjoy perusing the Screwfix catalogue before going into Toolstation and getting the same items at a better price.
