Think a decent decision, based on reasonable ideas has been made. So although it grates a bit to say it, kudos to Brent. I thought Sheridan was a good call at the time too and this is the sort of thing Brent should be good at - getting the right man for a job. Shame akkeron were such a complete disaster, although that could have been due in part to their remit.

Yep. The right man for the job I reckon.

Still wish we'd gone for Keith Hill in January 2013 though.

Achieving its aims is another thing though.

I think we're already 2 years in anyway but here goes:

1. Consolidate position in L2: minimum objective avoid relegation
2. Approach top end of division: min obj threaten play-off postition
3. Win title: min obj promotion through play-offs
4. Consolidate in L1: min obj avoid relegation
5. Approach top end of division: min obj threaten play-off postition
6. etc

Just as long as there's no "build a grandstand suitable for the club to progress" we should be fine.

im stiill waiting to see what he does before ruling this a good or bad appointment. PR and media soundbytes don't sway me much as action does.
