Why are car commercials absolute shit with a British accent?

Why is it that when I see a commercial or a picture of a baby in a magazine etc, , I can see instantly that it's going to grow up as a complete kuunt?

I remeber an advert for a feckin Peugeot hatchback which was done in a American accent. Dreadful
