And another:

Clearly driving here with the blurring of the hedges in the background:

https://twitter.com/IJN3/status/507257601948913664/photo/1

Certainly driving here, unless he's parked in the fast lane...

This one shows he is simply a moron:

https://twitter.com/IJN3/status/468681148970061824/photo/1

As does this one:

Rubbernecking to the extreme:

https://twitter.com/IJN3/status/455734789254168576/photo/1

Prick.

If it isnt illegal now it will be in future. If you cant text/make a call on your phone behind the wheel of a car (unless it bluetooth) than taking photos of strangers car numberplates to post on the net should be up there too.

It's illegal forshore. The only way you can use a phone whilst in control of a motor vehicle and stay legal, is via a hands-free facility. Newell should get 40 years for this. I'll contact my legal team and sue him for 100k, although I'll prolly settle for 75k!!  Laughing

Wankily enough - it's still legal to use a CB and drive!! WTf?

It is an offence to use a hand held mobile phone or an "interactive communications device", but there is an exemption for a two way radio which is designed or adapted -

(i) for the purpose of transmitting and receiving spoken messages; and
(ii) operates on any frequency other than 880 MHz to 915 MHz, 925 MHz to 960 MHz, 1710 MHz to 1785 MHz, 1805 MHz to 1880 MHz, 1900 MHz to 1980 MHz or 2110 MHz to 2170 MHz.

Causing death by dangerous driving carries a prison sentence these days. Taking photo's and then texting your comment while driving in the rain on a motorway is right up there amongst the more stupid reasons to get yourself in trouble.

Nooly claiming that Nikk told him about this thread. As we all know Nool doesn't read ATD.

De Lar thinks that I am the obsessive troll. He clearly sees nothing wrong with someone taking photos with their mobile phone whilst driving so that they can post them on twitter. Lets just hope that Newell doesn't kill someone when he is doing it.

Well...  What else can you say about an attention seeking idiot taking 'nothing' boring photographs and tweeting them.  It is SAD with capitol letters!

Newell is so desperate for attention and a conversation with literally anybody, that he will do and say anything in cyberspace to get it.

And if true...
Even sadder is Nikkk and others indulging Newell by 'spying' for him and reporting back.  Just how wankerish is that? Just how big of a plonker have you got to be?

It's Ocean City sized plonkers, who don't realise Plymouth is actually on the English Channel.

Ah, but the plan is to re-name the Channel, the English Ocean. Where's Webby will be writing an article soon which will result in a 'wave' of support from all true Plymothians (and those living in Gloucester, obviously). All part of the master plan for the Janner nation.

Keep up Tringers.
