He posted on Mundane the other day that he was having chest pains and breathing difficulties and had been advised to call an ambulance - and wanted people to know that he might not be around for a while.

Doctor advised him too.....so I expect he did...... it seems he's possibly been kept in .....because he hasn't posted since.
