I read that the Quality Hotel (the old Mayflower hotel) has closed its doors and entered administration.
It's not looking good for Jim's idea with the Civic Centre and Home Park deals, or am I being cynical to think that maybe Jimmy and his mate Tudor have other plans?

Stunning location with the views of the Hoe, Sound and Drakes Island. I wouldn't have thought it'd stay empty for long, someone will snap that up.
