Really quite disturbing how many people haven't looked at the plans. Apparently the office block's going on the vet's site (it isn't - that's a four storey hotel) and the offices in the four storey block on HHP (that's the top two floors above the caffs and one of the biggest gyms in Plymouth, right next to the Life Centre) are for the ice rink. Obviously an ice rink needs 200+ people to run it. Obviously.

Still, blind faith, eh?

Is the new vet moving into HHP in the office block? I assume that the old vet's will be demolished to make way for the hotel.

No, at the other end from where it is now. A cafe is going in at the vet end.

That cracked me up too, 200 people to run a Brent business. lol! Brent would try and run British Airways with less people than that.

Perhaps if the silent majority were less silent they might not be ignored?

I'm not sure you can register your support for James Brent using telepathy. Perhaps they could use interpretative dance?

Blind faith or deliberate misinformation?

Quizzical Commie Mike is one of the silent majority as well, he chose not to join the Trust but is FURIOUS they are disregarding his views in the matter, as in most farm like things a new definition is needed for silent majority.

No need to read anything. Not the plans, not the ACV, not the various statements and comments that have been made.

Just do what you're told, plebs.

Quite. Not sure if that was a good move by JL, considering the amount of drones Porkzilla will release to cleanse that poll - rest assured.

Nool and the gang are the silent majority on all but pasoti where any dissent has been quashed for years, in the real world they are massively out of kilter with fans of the football club.

Brent' as usual knows nothing of the real feelings bubbling away outside of a few back of the grandstanders.
It's quite clear on Facebook with a straight forward poll that fans agree with the AFT decision by a massive 6 to 1.  Newell could arrange a poll on his forum, but is too afraid to allow it, even in his own backyard. What does that say ?  Not only that, it would show how small his forum is nowadays compared with sites such as the facebook free chat page.
For Brent to be giving the brave AFT a lesson in democracy is frankly insulting. But then he has insulted the Fans' trust right from it's inception. Pathetic, and he will come to regret it eventually.
Well done indeed to the Trust for doing what fans have made very clear. People in Plymouth are not happy about a private individual putting up office blocks in a park, and is the very thing the ACV was put in place for !! Get that in your thick head.

The argument over the saving to Argyle of submitting a joint application is put by Newell as £200k. With the repayments for Hallets loan costing £250k a year just the highways six month delay will cost the club, not Brent £125k. And so it goes on.
