I'm not surprised his health isn't in the best state. If he's been to Thailand 33 times, it's a fair bet he'll have something quite nasty festering in his nether regions.

He made threats a while back on Twitter to attend a fans fest and stab Jameson or Webb (I cannot remember which one). He is a well known internet nutter but is no threat in the real world.
