I was just about to start a thread on exactly this topic.

Ian Hislop is a bleddy amateur compared to whoever wrote that new agreement. Possibly the finest written satire I've ever read. And, credit where it's due, droly, Chill, LMP and the rest have treated the new agreement with the reverence and seriousness it deserves. It's proper cheered me up reading both those threads.

Pasoti really is dying on its arse.

The mods just don't 'get it'.

If they enforce this agreement like they enforced the last agreement it won't matter what it says anyway. Right now the mods over there show very little indication that they realise quite how badly they have screwed it up. A new user agreement is not what is required. Some contrition is. Acknowledging what they have allowed to occur, and in some cases have been directly complicit in, would help. Answering the Windsor Boy questions would be a good way forward and proper, unreserved, genuine apology from those involved in Deep Throat is needed too and that is as a bare minimum. After that a new start might be possible. Any of the mods who cannot agree to all of that should immediately step aside.

Ian Newell Mickey D thinks that it is really good.

Laughter my ploy take a bow. pasoti is the best on line comedy act that I have come across for sometime, even so called serious threads are a joke.

It will not close down because there are enough control freaks and their poodles to keep it going.

If you didn't know it was supposed to be a serious document it would be laughable. The mods themselves have trotted out on numerous occasions "it's only a football forum" and now we end up with a cross between the Northern Ireland peace plan and a draft constitution for the United Nations with the Security Council in full control.

The way they write these agreements and the way they talk to each other like theyre sat in the house of commons....
