Accessible Parking 22/23 season

Just received email about reserved disabled parking, only available from September but now subject to a fee for £5a game paid in advance. These are normal size parking bays as in the rest of the park and ride car park but presumably the rest of that car park is remaining free of charge. It is to cover staffing and operational costs, aren't the stewards volunteers? Seems an odd move to only charge for disabled parking to me.

Don't they park behind the mayflower?
See alot of disability cars/blue badged cars leaving there after the game.
