in the mix yes and thats about it really.

Ours and Rotherham’s respective games against Donny give a good insight into where we are as a team and in particular, defensively.

Donny had 19 goal attempts to our 17 on Saturday. That is waaay too many for a bottom of the league side to be creating. Luckily, they are shit and wasted all but one.

In contrast they had a mere 3 last night, to Rotherham’s 15.

For me, this will be why we miss out on the play-offs....unless we rapidly learn how to stop teams from creating chances. It isn’t just the back 3/4/5. Teams have swept through our midfield with ease, and teams better than Donny will punish us every time.

if we could sneak a 5th-8th finish I'd take that/

I agree with that. I would also add, We need to have a squad thats strong through out and the wheel can keep turning when one drops out and another comes in with no disruption before we are serious about getting into the championship.
