What I'm finding on social media is that the blame for this is being foisted on the club for not giving him enough time rather than Fletcher for being utterly rank.

Its like people are viewing this as a proxy attack on Brent who must be defended no matter what.

CF always came across as possessing little or no depth of thought and very limited communication skills.

Hardly surprising he is hopeless as a coach/manager.

I heard a rumour that Fletch came up with a list of 7 players that he wanted to get rid of, and this was leaked to the players. MacAnuff was supposedly on the list, who is currently a player coach.
