They're both going in the park, the skateboard upgrade thing is up and running, and the new 4 tennis courts paid for by the LTA are being finished off behind the bowling green pavilion as we speak. The council are determined to have all the upgrades finished within 12 months, leaving Jim's squat to stand out like a sore thumb.

Ah, I stand corrected said the man in the orthopaedic shoes.. Of course there is a skate park going in, which will inevitably be crap and underused.

I suspect this wheeze of Jims is the same as what he has (or hasn't as the case may be) planned for the pavillions, acquire land in prime development areas, then do shit all with it until it becomes an embarassment and the council pays him to go away.

"James Brent has described the first two years of his chairmanship at Plymouth Argyle as ‘hell’ and not an experience he would ever want to relive."

Two years of "hell" for him seven years of purgatory and shite for the non believers. Bull Shit

sacking carl Fletcher was apparently his hardest job. A guy struggled to fire a manager so out of his depth it was scary and should have been given the boot 18 months before he was says it all about how weak a chairman he was.

Unexpected but timely halloween thunder over Home Park tonight, first in a very long time. The bad spirit is getting the boot.
Samhain giving a new dawn, a new year, and hopefully a new era for the local footy.
