I will add that the deadline was late-June and at that point I had no idea what kind of side was being (dis)assembled. The fact it may be relatively unchanged is slightly embarrassing.

And yes Brent can do one. I thought the point should be made to a wider audience.

Ok - thanks for clarifying as I wasn't entirely certain.

Given this seems to be the first season in ages, if ever, that the WSC preview has created a bit of a ruckus I popped over to the other place and found it ain't gone down well. Not that I'd tell them but (and quite frankly I'm not going to explain myself to them) I am on Freechat but rarely, if ever post, and isn't being moany what being a football fan is all about.

Also, I like Drew and am in no doubt that he writes better than me, but then it's sort-of his job. It's a Fans Preview and although a small number of contibutors are journalists almost all got their breaks through the 80s/90s fanzine scene and WSC itself. And most of the others were involved in it too. Right place right time I guess.

i thought the review was well balanced and more importantly true.

brent is a decisive character who is splitting the fanbase and its only going to get worse as this mankover continues and his true colours come to light.
