Lifted from Facebook in general not a football forum but discussing Brent

" Brent is now a big risk to PAFC. He is siphoning funds from the club which should be used for a more realistic playing budget. Brent has made a successful land grab of HHP and is hemming a substandard refurb of the grandstand in with businesses NOTHING to do with PAFC, we risk having zero room for expansion in the future which puts at risk our existence at our beloved Central Park location. I personally have changed my opinion of Brent and am now very concerned for my club"

Note the final sentence

All very accurate, all very late, reality is the club is stuck with the shyster for the foreseeable future, all the signs are is that the club will stagnate and other clubs in L1 will invest and thrive. geek

Quote from the Pig desperately defending his position despite plenty of clarity from others not intimidated by the thug

" The new 'expert' John Lloyd, has he run a project? Has he built a £50m development known as the 'Life Centre' - Tony Hopwood has, who do you trust and believe? "

Well you feckin odious oaf would this be the same Tony Hopwood who advised selling the Pavilions for £1 to your "friend" Brent and then subsequently jumped ship to join him at Akkeron  ??

Couldnt possibly be the same guy could it   popcorn

Newell its better to remain silent and be considered a total tool rather than opening your mouth and removing all doubt

After someone on FC likened the great man to a paedo (which I think is stupid and I don't condone it at all btw) he goes on to say this,

"Someone that has had Pasoti Match Day Tickets believe it or not!

I would add that worse things have been said about Ian De Lar and James Brent (and indeed me).

So before anyone gives anything from that site any credence, have a word with yourself please."

So because one person in hundreds is out of order we have to ignore any output from anybody else on there? Interesting.
Also ask yourself why Nool gets so much stick? He banned anybody with an alternative view and anyone who was anti Brent for years on JBSOTI so much in fact that he has skewed the membership to a few aging nodding donkeys and the yoof who want to talk about the football it's a shadow of the site it used to be. Personally I would dislike anybody that kept all my personal details on his home pc including address, phone number, email (which then got "hit" by someone) and ip address. Totally illegal. He has contacted the employers of people he has disagreed with online trying to get hem sacked or disciplined, he has threatened people using heavies, the white feather, taunting a female poster when he knew her mother had just died the list is just endless.
That's why you get so much shite Nool.

Twat playing the innocent victim and his acolytes and blind followers on Pigspoti lap it up. What a complete twat, and bigger fools his followers for believe his sob story.

With the shit that Newell has got up to, and the devious sneaky cnut De-Liars antics - they deserve everything they get. If only their followers knew the truth?

I suspect this post will be on the pigs desk within the hour, thanks to Dossier De-Liar.

Pathetic weedy creature.

When did anything get cheaper anyway and for the grumpy whingers, the completion date is almost certainly going to slip and the finish will be late.

Not looking good for the Akkeron entrepreneur in terms of attracting business to his crapshack plans - shame.

The important break through for him was the change to town use with the original application. Step by step, the value goes up, off it goes to the pension pot, and step by step, the more likely there will be unsuitable use of a park, that will lose money meaning eventual even more unsuitable use. With expensive residential apartments being the holy grail. Still it needn't upset Jim, he's got his own garden elsewhere. I doubt any strangers will happen along and build on that against his will. Lolz.

So on the one hand you have Brent in the Herald last week claiming that the contractor was signing on in June and there would be financial penalties for any delays on the other you have Chief Lickspittle Newell and one of the assorted PASOTI Munchkins claiming it was always going to be late.

Of course with Halletts funding and plannign permission in place there should be no reason for delay whatsoever. Youc couldnt make it up.

Ok this is the body of an email from PCC from the Planning Officer allocated to Brents HHP developments plus the refurbishment.

My original Email had asked WHAT was Brent entitled to work on under enablement whilst under the undischarged planning conditions.

Have left off his name. Email was received Friday 11th May at 10.35am

...............................................................................................................................

"Dear Mr Txxxxx

Thank you for your email and for bringing this matter to the Councils attention.

I am the case officer who dealt with the planning application and will be involved throughout the development process. I have therefore been working closely with PAFC/Akkeron as they look to implement this planning permission in the near future. I am aware that some preparatory/enabling works have been undertaken on site and can advise that the following work has, or is being been undertaken:-

·         Stripping Asbestos;
·         Clearing vegetation;
·         Disposing of temporary buildings/porta cabins including the old Far post club;
·         Erected herras fencing around areas of the site
·         Removing asbestos roofs from the dilapidated buildings in the south west corner of the site that will be cleared next week.

I can advise that these works do not require planning permission, nor do these works constitute commencement of the development (17/01684/OUT). I can assure you that the applicant is very much aware of their obligations to discharge the pre-commencement planning conditions and I have warned them about undertaking significant works before any details reserved by condition has been agreed by the Local Planning Authority. I will continue to work closely with them to ensure that this development is implemented the smoothest possible manner and in strict accordance with the planning permission and legislation.

If however you notice more significant works then please do not hesitate to contact us again and we will investigate accordingly

I trust this satisfactorily answers your query.

............................................................................................................

Thanking him I sent another email asking why seats were being removed in that case to which he replied

"Dear Mr Txxxxx

Thank you for your email

I apologise that ‘seat removal’ was missed from my previous list however I can advise that this also does not constitute the commencement of development.

We look forward to hearing from you again should you have any further development concerns relating to the redevelopment of Higher Home Park.

I have emphasised one word in the planning officers first email

"Brent and Akkeron have been WARNED" about commencing work whilst all planning conditions remain undischarged. As expected unless Brents planners/contractors (lol) can do a deal over the undischarged planning obligations work is about to come to an ABRUPT halt this week

Good bit of detective work there Harve, keep us posted at least Porky and the shyster will get the message that the '"works" are being closely monitored in terms of accordance with planning permission.

Exactly one piece of work over and above enablement and the shit hits the fan

We may not be able to stop Brents Crapshacks but he sure as hell will be abiding by all planning conditions make no mistake. Clearly Planning know all about this shyster. I have not altered that email at all (bar one word emphasis) but you clearly see from the "tone" of it they know exactly what this imbecile is all about

Thing is, people undertake works at risk all the time. They know the council don't have the time, resources or budget to enact enforcement notices unless there's a really serious breach, a heritage asset is at risk, or there are safety issues.

The tone of the emails looks fairly standard to me, and I get one or two from planning officers. Unless you've spoken to the guy to judge his mood, I wouldn't read too much into it yet. All applicants are warned of the risks of starting development before all conditions are fully approved, and yet it happens every day, on sites large and small, up and down the land.

It will be interesting to see if there has been any demonstrable progress on getting the conditions approved. I'd check the PCC site to see if new documents or info have been submitted but, honestly, I CBA. Argyle have successfully reduced me to a state of permanent 'meh'.
