Obviously the Brentites will answer that Brent is finically astute and all this money is better off being spent on infrastructure although the truth of it is we know that club income must be being diverted from the team just where it's going is another question. The leg shaggers are now saying that it's all our travel costs that keep Del poor lol desperation is mounting.

But you forget he is transparent and shows finances,

Yeah all mixed into one so you can't follow the trail of the money from the club.

We all know it gets washed through to prop up other businesses before the scraps make it back to the club.

Just hard to prove with those bullshit reports he puts out.

The braindead Brentophiles are as culpable as he is for the lack of success at the club.

Posty tells it how it is,

"In a perverse way the club has outgrown the better players.
Players like Threlkeld were very good for us to get out of League Two, the expectation for the club has now increased with the aim of reaching the top end of League One.
Only Carey has grown with the club and to a lesser extent maybe Bradley.

We either need current players to improve to match the improvement of the club or Adams, with his reported bigger budget, will sign better players for next season to match the expectations of the club.

That's the harsh reality of a club on the up."

If Adams pulls it off this year I'd be feckin amazed, I'll be bumping this next year. Adamss not living up to Brent's high ambitions for the football team. lol!

There you have it, the contrived pasoti reasoning got in early, if two of the best players, Bradley and Threkeld, move away...... they weren't going to be good enough to stay the pace Razz pig
Sort of, we would have dumped them anyway if they hadn't dumped us first.
