Yep, well done Tony. The vast majority of objectors seem to have no problem with the Grandstand / Ice arena / or the proposed development of the old cats and dogs home.....Brent Akkeron have brought all this upon themselves by lumping everything together at the last minute in a devious ploy to strongarm PCC and other concerned party's.....the old "agree to everything or don't get your Grandstand" ruse. It really didn't need to be played that way, Brent is cunning but no master strategist, Silent Simon can't be at all happy.

The club can use a traffic survey from 2013 but the trust can't use their own survey from the same year?? Irony.

Blimey - is this the fastest Brent's ever responded to anything? Falling back on the 'if you don't live in Plymouth you haven't got a clue' argument, along with trying to say the AFT isn't representative. A few feathers ruffled, I reckon. (And no mention anywhere in the article about the lack of parking).

So the AFT isn't representative ? I'm willing to bet a small fortune that if another poll was carried out tomorrow amongst fully paid up members of the trust that Brent and his Hybrid application would still take a spanking.
Just because a few brainwashed saps on PASOTI are in favour they are now trying to turn it around, 3 times as many in favour then against? Where did they get that piece of Walter Mitty reasoning from?

Plus the continued skullduggery of only using images of the stadium after the mythical stage 2 completion, naughty but par for the course.

Four storey Hotel, Four storey office block, all in the shadow of Cental Park, a boxed in Football club with an half arsed makeover, no Argyle fan would vote for this, only Brent and his fan club want this Tacky low budget mess,

I've already said it once today, but it's worth repeating. I genuinely don't think most people have got a clue what's actually in the plans.

By putting it in as a hybrid application, Brent hasn't only tried to pull a fast one, piggybacking his stuff on the back of the grandstand refurbishment. He's also ensured there's so much paperwork attached that hardly anybody will bother to read it. He hoped.

And of course one of the people who did was promptly forced off pasoti.

This bit it relevant also,

While we would have preferred to have been able fully to ballot our membership before making our submission to PCC, the short notice given for comment made it extremely difficult to do so.

And why shouldn't the elected board make decisions in circumstances like these forced upon us by Brent and his frankly criminal lack of transparency in all of this? Firstly the trust are denied a place on the GAG then we are all led to believe that thanks to Silent Si we have borrowed the dosh to refurb the grandstand and everybody (Ian Newell) loves the plans. Then suddenly a couple of weeks ago the plans are actually revealed which are feck all like anyone was led to believe. At any other club their would be hell to pay.
Well done to the Trust, I fully support your actions and as a member of the Trust could I please ask Quizzical Commie Mike (who isn't a member) to join up to the trust or shut up. As his great leader once said, "if you don't like what the chairman does why don't you stand for election?"

Very little discussion about the points raised by the AFT.

Just attacks.

Quite. I particularly liked the comment about 'picking little holes around parking' (obviously not somebody who relies on the park and ride to get to work), and the idea that 'the AFT (or certain individuals within it) needed taking down a peg or two'.

No genuine arguments against the AFT stance being put forward anywhere.

You need a degree of intelligence to have a discussion, they've barely a brain cell to share between them, hence the attacks.

Plus of course there's a few freebies to Wembley to be paid for in kind
