PostSubject: HHP development in breach of ACV   Wed Sep 13, 2017 10:15 am

The AFT need to object to the planning permission submitted by Brent as it is in breach of the ACV that was awarded to Home Park and Higher Home Park in February 2016.

It cannot be any clearer then that.

Brent objected to HHP being included in the ACV but his claim was rejected. Yet he has still continued with his planning permission application knowing full well that its in breach of the ACV. It can be argued that the Ice Rink falls within the permissible uses for the land at HHP, but the office space clearly doesn't.

The AFT need to object to the planning permission and ensure that PCC are fully aware they cannot breach the ACV.

Looking at the decision and arguments put forward while deciding the ACV, the new office space would be considered as of community value, if he had the cheek to say some of it, say 10%, was used by the football club. That was the logic used by the decision in the first place, taking into account how the car park has been used by the club for years with it's own temporary office space.
Maybe that's the real reason why the gym is also clearly being touted as being of use to the football club. What a snake the guy is.

Well that pisses on Brent's cornflakes.

Will the trust object though?

would it not be something that PCC will consider whether the trust objects or not? is space for two hundred office workers within the park usage/zoned guidelines?

Email the Trust.

They are good guys but have been a bit slow on the uptake with all of this.

If enough stink is made then Brent will have to compromise whether he likes it or not, come on the trust step up to the plate.

Yes whilst my response is cautious surely PCC must take that into account

I thought that argument is no longer valid as the new grandstand design includes PAFC offices. And just how big does a gym need to be for PAFC purposes?

Keep sending those emails in ladies and gentlemen.

The AFT need to act quickly and show some leadership. If they don't defend their own ACV there isn't much point in the Trust continuing.

Steely - given that the Trust was the driving force behind the ACV can you confirm that Brent's plans are in breach of this order?

If so then I assume therefore that the AFT will be making a formal objection based upon this.....?
