Where does the ACV stand in relation to the Ice Rink development on HHP?

Where does the ACV stand if HHP is sold as part of the Pavilions sale?

And where does the AFT stand on the prospect of HP being boxed in by development that doesn't benefit the club, causes massive parking problems seven days a week and goes against the promise of a new, free grandstand?

Boxed in by a development that may not even be owned by Argyle/Brent if he then sells the development on to the new owner of the pavilions who now has the "continual ice" stipulation.

Of course, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that the whole Pavilions site suddenly gets redeveloped for hugely profitable residential use, not just  the ice rink, but the entertainment hall as well. All that space for apartments would command some dosh. And then there's a handy up and running ice rink sized covered space for a new multi purpose "arena" barn up at Central Park just begging to be used as the new booze/music venue with all that empty night time parking space, and all those eateries to be patronised. Business/office park by day, trunk road accessible regional entertainment park by night. Everybody is happy,...... well, the developers are, apart from the local residents and those that value the park as a park. The new up and coming waterfront town of Millbay gets rid of it's tat ugly oik music venue and shoves it out to somewhere near the parkway.

By the way, I see the old horrible Barley Sheaf has just been demolished. I quite like light and plein air being allowed into that corner. Anyone been following that saga involving Colin Campbell ?
Oh, and they're starting bashing the Good Companions. Obviously, there is a rush on for 2020. Must tidy up and impress for the lard arse hordes of Americans. LOL.
As to the ACV ? .... too little too late. Argyle fans couldn't get their act together in a hundred years, and things, and prices, have moved on.

Does the Trust have a view on the planning application?

I only mention it as they've warned supporters that the parking at Home Park tonight is back to Stoke Village due to the circus being in town.

Imagine what might happen if there were hotel guests, an event at the ice rink and we managed to attract a decent crowd to Home Park?

I have obviously left an open goal with regards to the circus being in town.

A little birdie tells me that under the terms of the ACV offices cannot be built on HHP.

That's massive news if correct.

No wonder Brent was so angry about the ACV.

I heard it from a friend last night and he was pretty adamant it was correct. Oh dear if true.
