The 'complaint' was probably as a result of a personal vendetta Newell seems to have and not the result of any professional misconduct.

I just thought, for the sake of balance, people should be aware that Saint Ian is not all that he seems to be.

This isn't the first time he has contacted a posters employer. He did the same a few years ago to someone else.

When are people at the club going to wake up and realise that newell is trouble and should be kept out of home Park.

Is this for real? I had heard rumours that IJN had been boasting about it but I had dismissed it as I didn't think anyone could be THAT stupid. What did he think was going to happen? Would causing someone to lose their job and potentially their home end this feud? And what has it got to do with anyone's employer? If anyone had a case to answer, surely it would be dealt with by solicitors or the Police? Bizarre, and by the sound of it utterly malicious. I hope that Hallett and Morgan have been informed because they will lap this up.

How could someone stoop to such nefarious levels? What about this persons livelihood, family, financial commitments? Has Mr Newell ever thought his actions through ,and their subsequent effects?

So its OK to try and try and get someone fired because you don't like what they have to say about a 4th Division football club on an internet forum.

With all the insults that have been thrown back and forth, is there anyone from ATD (or freechat, or exeweb, or twitter, or Pasoti, or anywhere where he has fallen out with people), who has actually tried such a dirty trick on IJN?

I believe his 'activities' have been brought to the attention of Lord James, who quite obviously, has decided to either ignore or disbelieve them. He is useful to him I guess.

Others at Home Park however, including the board, may be not quite so tolerant.

and if those users leave and go elsewhere what does he have then?

Isn't this the third time he's tried to get somebody sacked?

I think when he succeeded in getting a volunteer removed (with help from the club president and a member of the Board) it went to his head and he thought he could destroy people's livelihoods too. And all because he doesn't like and/or disagrees with them. It would be pathetic if it wasn't so serious.

Such a sad state of affairs that people have to actual fear that someone will report them to their employer for simply having a different viewpoint to someone else, over a league 2 football team.

I had an interesting chat with my manager some time ago about this very thing as I was expecting the same treatment, his reply was that he would obviously have to investigate it as with any complaint, but his follow up reply would be to tell the complainer to go feck themselves

Does anyone know what this ATDer posted that was so shocking Ian thinks it should cost them their job?

Looks like he's got the free run of Hp on non match days, time for Hallet, to step in and ban the prick, the staff have enough to do i would think with out having Jimmy's little helper getting in the way.
