Barnet with their 1500 crowds, are paying transfer fee's and handing out two year contracts to new signings, while Plymouth Argyle 9000 crowds, are paying no fees and offering twelve month contracts at most, why is that?

Maybe their owner has a bit of ambition & wants his club to get promotion.

Probably not a great time to be playing Barnet away though I guess.
