I seem to recall that when Ridsdale left we were told that James Brent had employed a specialist head hunting body to find a
suitable replacement.

All has gone quiet on that front.

Are we to understand that the so called mentor will now be that replacement?

In the formal structure, his men, Martin Baker as Chief Executive and Jason Whatshisname is the General Manager are running the show so it seems the tirsome football business is left to Fletch and his "advisers". I just fear that the current optimism may be scuppered by a few consecutive defeats and it'll be too late for any appointment to make a difference.

From the new board Jonesy was only highlighted for his marketing experience.
