So in your opinion the trust leadership should be beyond reproach?

I wouldn't mind high flying Argyle tainting me...let alone tainting James Brent.

We have home fixtures on the 14th and the 28th January, although i'm not too sure what date FA Cup round 4 is on!
The way things are going, you could just see the Trust plumping for 28th January AGM and then Argyle get to the 4th round and get an away tie at Old Trafford on the same day! lol!

Hi folks, just briefly looking in. We aren't far off confirming details now. I can assure you that we will have the AGM (as with any meeting) on a confirmed home fixture day...so no risks taken on potential cup away days.

With elections, normally the Secretary would oversee this but as I am looking to stand myself (being elected as opposed to co-opted) I am not permitted to be involved in the running. Significant progress has been made this past week and we would be looking to confirm details in the next 7-10 days.

Tony.

Is Bob still Chair? Only its been noted by another user that he appears to have "defriended" the aft on facebook? There is no mention of the AFT at all on his page. Why would that be?

I'd say that's nothing to worry about. Yes Bob is still chair. Let's not start with the conspiracy theories, eh?

That's what happens when there's a lack of communication.

Effective and consistent communication can nip any speculation in the bud.

Maybe try it?

Hi Tony
My point was that our January home fixtures are Stevenage on 14th and Blackpool on 28th.
And as the 28th is also the date for the FA Cup 4th round, and we are currently still in said competition, then that would make the 14th the obvious date for the AGM. That's 9 weeks from this Saturday. Or 63 days.
If there were Elections to be held, then running that election could take 2 months. So it would be tight, would it not.
Look forward to an imminent announcement.
Paul
