So he's contracted to 2017 anyway, but Argyle have offered an extension on that? Am I reading that correctly?

Yes, basically the end of this season but if he carries on his current form clubs will be sniffing around him in January foreshore.

There was a rumour in the summer that his contract extension contained a clause that he could leave if a half decent offer came in.

if he isnt looking likely that he will sign a new contract then we need to cash in as much as we can get for him in January and pray the reluctant one gives del bhey the cash to bring in 1 or 2 replacement.
